At Culture Republic, I was responsible for providing strategic and operational insight on customers, attenders, visitors and participants to cultural, leisure and tourism organisations across Scotland including Scottish Opera, Scottish Ballet, the National Theatre of Scotland, Glasgow’s Concert Halls, Creative Scotland, National Museums of Scotland, and the National Galleries. I also led economic impact research projects for a number of festivals and events.
I was the project manager of the Source project which focused on the extraction, analysis and reporting of box office data from over 40 Scottish venues to produce the first ever Scottish arts data benchmark.
